Add to your home screen

iPhone or iPad
  1. Open Crewleaf in Safari.
  2. Open the Share menu (it may be under More), then choose Add to Home Screen.
  3. If shown, turn on Open as Web App, then tap Add.

Open your personal itinerary link inside the installed app and save it there. A browser and an installed app may use separate device storage.

Android
  1. Open Crewleaf in Chrome or another supported browser.
  2. Tap Install Crewleaf above when available, or open the browser menu and choose Install app / Add to Home screen.
  3. Confirm the installation.
Desktop

Use your browser’s install icon or app menu when offered. You can also keep using Crewleaf in a normal browser tab.

A clear plan, even between connections

Open a shared traveler itinerary while online, then choose Save this trip on this device. Read the details and confirm that it is your personal device.

Offline copies show the last checked time and expiry. Updates, acknowledgments, flight management, and account actions need a connection. A saved copy cannot learn about a revoked link until it reconnects, so check with production about time-sensitive changes.

The app does not save your uploaded PDF, account pages, or private traveler profile fields for offline use. Installation does not automatically save any trip.
